Missouri Secure EPHT

Why would I need to use the secure portal?

Sometimes sensitive information, such as health information, is available through the MO EPHT Portal, so stringent security is essential. The MO EPHT Portal provides the necessary security and protection to ensure that sensitive or critical data and systems are not lost, destroyed, corrupted, or misappropriated.

The MO EPHT Portal provides users various levels of access, depending on their role and purpose. Anyone can view and use data available on the public portal. Access to data on the secure portal, however, is granted only to registered users, and different levels of access rights are possible. Persons requesting access must demonstrate an appropriate professional need for the secure portal data and resources. Access to some data on the secure portal is restricted access because of privacy constraints.

Public use data set definitions may be found in our Glossary.
